These gears are made using 9310 alloy steel—it’s strong enough for aircraft, so you can bet it’s strong enough for your RZR, too. We also use 300M steel for the front output shaft. These materials are impressive, but our design is even more so. By lapping the gears, we ensure that they’re perfectly mated and broken in together.
