Each EVP exhaust system is hand built in the USA and specific for the application. We don’t use “off the shelf” mufflers like all other UTV exhaust manufacturers. By building each muffler specific to the vehicle, we make sure there is a no compromise fit and the sound is tuned to perfection without being obnoxious. For customers that want the ultimate performance exhaust package, the EVP Racing Down Pipe with Bullet Mufflercan be paired with the Captain's Choice Muffler.
Completely re-engineered internals give customers the distinction between valve open and valve closed.
With the valve closed, the exhaust is forced through the chambered areas.
The valve in the open position allows the exhaust to bypass most of the chamber, but with just enough sound reduction to keep it from being obnoxious. It is now more refined, not raw.
